Efiaskitchen.com is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides me with the online platform that allows me to sell services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

OPT-IN DATA COLLECTION:
If you complete a contact form on this website I will store the information you provide for the purpose you have provided it. This will include personal data such as:
Date of birth
For example, if you fill in a booking request form I will securely store this information until you have completed your therapy sessions with me or you have decided you no longer want to have therapy with me.
Wix automatically notifies me via email to let me know you have filled in a contact form. Wix also temporarily stores this information on their secure platform. I use a secure, encrypted email service. If you enter into a therapy contract with me your information will be stored on

*Please note, I will keep any emails from you as this is necessary for me to trace what agreements have been made and for me to provide the required information should any claims ever be made. If you would like me to delete your emails for any reason please email me at email@example.com.
I don’t keep personal information for longer than is necessary. As long as I store it I will endeavour to protect it within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. However, please hold in mind that no means of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure and I cannot guarantee absolute data security.

2. WHY IS IT COLLECTED?
We (Efia's Kitchen and Wix) collect this Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services;

If you are under 16 years of age your parents or guardians must have consented to you using this website.
You do not have to provide personal information to Efia’s Kitchen. Please note, not providing information may affect your use of this website and/or services offered.

Erasure: You have the right to request that any of your personally identifiable data, which is being stored by Efia's Kitchen to be deleted. Please contact to request this.
