Mood & Mental Health
One of my favourite podcast series is Deliciously Ella and this episode is one of my particular favourites. I am all about how food affects our mood and this is a really easy to understand talk about some of the science behind this relationship.

A wonderful episode about the importance of failing and how we can re-frame our thoughts about being a failure in order to learn from the things that happen to us.

A brilliant and opinionated talk about how refined sugar (sucrose) and high fructose corn syrup affect our health. My favourite quote from the talk: "[when talking about why you should eat fibre] So in my opinion you have two choices - either fat or fart".
