Nutritional therapy is based on functional medicine or systems biology, a practice which considers the body as a whole rather than focusing on single causes.
As a nutritional therapist I will therefore always consider your entire health picture, rather than zooming in on a specific problem. During our work together we will explore aspects of your physical, mental and spiritual health and use different strategies to help you address your symptoms.
I help you find the root causes of physical and mental health issues, so that you can address them in order to experience the full potential of good physical and mental health.
